How Rentiuno works

Set it up once

Your lease builds the schedule.

Add the rent, how often it's paid and the lease dates. Rentiuno creates every period through to the end of the lease, and reprices future periods when you schedule a rent increase.

Switching from a spreadsheet?

Already partway through a tenancy?

Enter the lease and the date rent is paid up to. Rentiuno fills in every past payment, so you start with a complete record instead of an empty one.

Water, gas and repairs

Claim back the bills you pass on.

Attach the bill and send your tenant the request from the app. Rentiuno shows what's still owed, and if a tenant pays the rent and a bill in one transfer, you can split it in one go.

Part payments, sorted

Log a lump sum. See exactly where it goes.

Enter the amount and Rentiuno fills the oldest unpaid period first, then the next. You see the split period by period before you save, and anything extra is kept as credit.

Everything else it does today

Rent receipts in a couple of taps

Email your tenant a receipt showing exactly which periods it covers and the date rent is paid up to.

Reminders that come to you

Hear the morning after rent is missed, and 90 days before a lease ends. Reminders go to you, not your tenant.

Why Rentiuno

Spend your weekends on life, not the rent spreadsheet.

Property has helped generations of Australians build a better future. Rentiuno exists to help more people do it well, starting with the part every landlord has to get right: knowing where every rent payment stands.

Questions landlords ask

Is Rentiuno free?

Yes. It's free to download and use, with no per-property fees.

Does Rentiuno collect rent from my tenant?

No. Your tenant keeps paying you the way they do now. You log each payment in Rentiuno and it keeps the record.

Will my tenant hear from Rentiuno?

Only if you choose to email them a receipt or a reimbursement request. Reminders about late rent and lease ends come to you, not your tenant.

Which states does it work in?

Rentiuno works for residential leases anywhere in Australia, with rent paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Does Rentiuno work on Android?

Not at the moment. Rentiuno is available for iPhone only.

Where is my data stored?

In Australia, on servers in Sydney. Personal details are encrypted before they're stored, and you can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Can I add a tenancy that's already running?

Yes. Enter the lease and the date rent is paid up to, and Rentiuno fills in every payment before it.
